Grill Master

Cooking for 50 people can be a lot of work.  Enjoy your party and allow Pignic Pub to take some stress off your hands!  Have one of our *Certified Grill Masters to prepare your grilled meats and vegetables on any one of our Gas, Coal, or Wood Grills.  Includes prep, grilling, serving, and clean-up for you and your guests!

Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Shoulder -  5 Hour Smoked Pork Shoulder with Ancho Coffee Dry Rub.  Served with Pignic Swine Juice (Au Jus BBQ), House-Pickled Slaw, and Dinner Rolls.

Smoked Tri-Tip - 3 Hour Smoked Tri -  Tip with Hungarian Spice and Garlic Rub.  Served with Mint-Caper Churri, House Pickles, Grilled Balsamic Onions, and Dinner Rolls.

Full catering is available in any style for any occasion!  From weddings to birthdays to corporate events, we got you covered.  Passed App, Buffet, and Composed Plate available. See some mock menus below!  Menus consultation comes with party planning.

-   Hungarian Paprika-Garlic Crusted, Smoked Tri-Tip on Crostini with Mint-Caper Churri 

-   Summer Squash and Herbed Ricotta Sandwiches

  • Watermelon Poppers w/  Mint and Honey Goat Cheese
  • Strawberries with Champagne Creme Fraiche

Beef:     Hungarian Paprika-Garlic Crusted, Smoked Tri-Tip with Mint-Caper Churri.  Served on a Chilled
Asparagus Salad with Heirloom Tomato, Avocado, Basil, Red Onion, Gorgonzola, Lemon Zest.

Dessert - Berries and Mint with Buttermilk Biscuit and Champagne Creme Fraiche.

Chicken:     Quarter-Cut Smoked Chicken served with Sautéed Garlic Scapes, French Cut Green Beans, and Fried Chickpeas.  Served with a White Wine, Apple Reduction Sauce.

Dessert - Ice Cream with Honey-Poached Apricots, Toasted Coconut and Lemon Zest.
